Recommended serving for consumption during the day
Dissolve 1 serving - 3.25 g (4 scoops) preferably in 150 ml of water, mix and consume immediately after preparation.
In case of increased demand for MoveUP during the day, you can consume 2 servings of the supplement.
If you do sports, consume a serving of MoveUP about 30 minutes before exercise. On a day without training, take a serving of MoveUP with a meal - breakfast or lunch.
